Some are effective, some are ineffective. Snoring can be easily cured by using natural remedies, but often those remedies are not affordable and don't work well. I would like to share my experience with you regarding the various snoring products I have tried. Some of the products were effective, but I did not like them, and some were not effective, and others were even worse than what I was using. My main concern was whether there were any good snoring cures.
For those who are interested in snoring, this is an excerpt of an interview I did with Dr. Thomas L. Ritter, author of "Natural Medicine for the Snorer." In the spring of 2005, I started noticing a decrease in my daytime snoring frequency, as well as the amount of air in my mouth. It took me a few months to notice that there were improvements in my sleep and my snoring frequency. The first thing I did was take my sleeping pills (Norelco, Mellaril, Cimicid, Levitra, etc.) in the morning and took them with a cup of coffee, just to be sure that they worked for me. This was the time when my snoring was most prevalent. The second thing I did was go to a sleep clinic to check out a few other natural therapies, one of which was herbal snoring therapy.
